Yesterday was very scary i fall out went to the ER and my blood pressure was 186/122 had a lot of test done on my heart and they got it down found out i have a bad Kindney infection and i have to watch my blood pressure they put me meds for that as well it was and still is very scary they said i was at stroke level.i guess im at that age lol.
